1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply when you use the Panko website and application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
2. The Service is provided by isub Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
3. These Terms may be changed by the Company from time to time.
The revised Terms shall become effective at the time they are published on the Service, and by continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue using the Service immediately.
2. Overview
Panko provides a platform for smoothing out group activities and events, including schedule adjustments and online games (such as Bingo). The basic features of the Service are available for free, but additional paid features may be offered as needed.
3. Account Registration
• You may be required to register an account to use certain features of the Service.
• Account information must be accurate, and the registered information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You must strictly manage your authentication information such as your account and password, and must not share or lend it to third parties.
• You are responsible for all acts performed using your account.
4. Prohibited Acts
When using the Service, you must not do (or allow any third party to do) any of the following:
• Copy, transfer, resell, or sublicense the features or data provided by the Service without our permission.
• Disable, circumvent, or interfere with the security measures or access restrictions of the Service.

• When maintaining or updating the system of the Service.
• When it is difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures.

We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by you due to the modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
